Enhanced searching and notification services now available!

We now have state-of-the-art listing search and automatic notification services available for you!  On the Search Listings screen there

is the option for you to Register with us.  When you log-in with your User Name and Password, you get these great benefits:

You can save specific search criteria, so when you revisit our site you don’t have to re-enter your search criteria.  More importantly,

you will receive automatic email notification from us each day letting you know if there are new listings on the market that match your

search specifications!  Also, by registering you can mark specific listings as Favorites, and will be notified when there are any changes

to a Favorite listing!  These great features put you in total control and will keep you updated on the market as much as agents are!

Summary:

1.      Click on Register and fill out request form

2.      Use initial password you get via email.

3.      Save your search criteria by clicking Save

4.      Save listings by clicking “Save as Favorites”

5.      View Favorites by clicking on Favorites tab

6.      Daily emails will notify you of new listings and changes to Favorites
